The Lensbaby Composer is a tiltable lens on a ball socket for playing with focus, not a “real” tilt-shift lens. So if you’re looking for a toy, you won’t be disappointed; if you just threw your old-fashioned 4×5 in the trash because it uses obsolete “film” and the future is digital and you’re looking to replace it with this, you better hope the garbage trucks are running late this morning. But this Lensbaby Composer works like it’s meant to, and it includes a pretty substantial accessory kit: the standard double glass lens, wide angle and telephoto attachments, a pair of close-up attachments, a set of “creative” aperture shapes for creating weird bokeh, and a pair of extension tubes.
