Ilford XP2 Super Black and White Negative Film

Ilford XP2 Super is a high-speed chromogenic black-and-white negative film that can be processed using standard C-41 color negative chemistry. With a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27, it offers flexibility in exposure, allowing for under- or overexposure to adjust contrast, grain, and sharpness. At ISO 400, it provides an optimal balance between fine grain and sharpness. XP2 Super’s wide exposure latitude helps manage highlight, shadow, and midtone detail, offering versatile control over image contrast. The film is compatible with traditional black-and-white printing using Multigrade filters, and it can also be printed on RA-4 color papers while maintaining color neutrality.
