The62mm UV Thin HD MC FilterfromH&Y Filtersis a general-use, clear filter designed to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight. Aside from the reduction of unwanted blue casts, no additional coloration or contrast is created, and adjustments to exposure are not required while using this filter. This UV filter features tempered, AGC glass that includes 18 layers of coatings to prevent internal ghosting and reflections as well as to provide an improved beading effect when in contact with water or oil for greater cleaning efficiency.

To minimize the potential for vignetting while remaining lightweight, this 62mm UV Thin HD MC Filter also features a durable, 1.1mm thick aluminum alloy filter ring.
