The Nikon Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S Lens features a combination of Super ED and six ED glass elements to minimise chromatic aberrations and colour fringing. This lens also features ARNEO and Nano Crystal coats to prevent gkhosting, reflections and flare within the lens.
Additionally, this Nikon Z lens features a weather seal coating, enabling the lens to be used in inclement weather conditions. As well as a coating on the front and rear-facing glass elements, repelling moisture and preventing finger marks and other stains from forming on the elements.
